"HTB Gift Cards" and "Academy Gift Cards" are used on the checkout process, when you are redirected to the payment page, after you have selected the subscription of your choice.
You apply the gift card code in the respective field and the amount is deducted from your total amount. In a similar way, "Swag Cards" are also used in the checkout process.

HTB Gift Cards, Academy Gift Cards, and Swag Cards are different types of gift cards. They give access to different Hack The Box services/products, therefore should be used only for the respective service/product of choice. As an example, Swag Cards cannot be used to purchase Academy cubes or VIP subscriptions.
